At devlone.com, we provide digital services including web development, app development, and custom software solutions. Since our services are non-tangible and customized for each client, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

No Physical Returns

As we deal in digital services, there are no physical products to return. Once a service is delivered or work has started, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.

Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project:

  • Before project start: A full refund may be considered (if no work has been initiated).
  • After project initiation: Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure client satisfaction, but refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only possible before development work begins.
  • Once design, coding, or development has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • In case of partial completion, a partial refund may be issued based on completed work.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Revision Policy

We offer revisions as agreed in the project scope:

  • Minor revisions are included within the project.
  • Major changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
